Technical Operator Cooker | Bilzen | Food | Day Shift and 2 Shifts

Job Description
This family business has existed for 90 years and is located in Bilzen.
They produce lollipops and export them to more than 20 countries.
We are looking for a production employee with experience in the food industry.

As a cooker, your job will be as follows:
- You are responsible for setting up and operating the cooking installations that prepare the dough before it goes to the production machines.

This means:
o You ensure the correct settings of the cooking installation.
o You collect the cooked dough in dough trolleys and bring them to the dough kneading machines
o You monitor the temperature of the dough and regulate the duration of the kneading machine
o You ensure the necessary productivity
o You communicate with the operators and help them where necessary
o You clean the machine and ensure order and neatness of your workstation
o In addition to cooking, you can also work at a production machine that processes the dough into lollipops.
• You report to the production manager and work closely with colleagues.
Profile
• You have previous work experience, preferably as a process operator in the food industry
• You have technical insight
• Physical labor does not scare you
• You are flexible and, as a versatile operator, you can perform various functions
• You are eager to learn and interested in learning new functions.
• Hygiene, safety, and quality awareness are self-evident for you
