To strengthen the building technology team, we are looking for a Technical Leadership – Planning Department HKLS (m/w/d) RefNr.: 95-262138 Your role In this function, you will take over the technical overall responsibility for the planning department, including the coordination and supervision of all planning activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are implemented in accordance with the company's quality standards and that the necessary resources are available. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts for building technology solutions and support the team in their daily work. Your tasks include: • Planning and coordination of building technology projects • Development of technical concepts and solutions • Coordination and supervision of planning activities • Ensuring compliance with quality standards • Contribution to the development of new ideas and concepts • Support of the team in their daily work The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in building technology planning, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
