In the name of a successful, internationally established industrial company in thenördlichen Großraum Hamburg, we are looking for an experienced person for theTechnical Leadership (m/w/d). We are seeking a leader with a technical background who combines strategic thinking with operational practice and enjoys developing products, processes, and people together.

In this responsible role, you will take overall technical responsibility for the site and work closely with other sites within an international company group.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen technischen Teams
• Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, Prozessen und technischen Standards
• Steuerung und Begleitung von Entwicklungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Produktion, Qualität, Service und Geschäftsführung
• Identifikation technischer Verbesserungspotenziale und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen
• Sicherstellung effizienter Fertigungs- und Qualitätsprozesse
• Koordination technischer Themen mit internationalen Unternehmensstandorten
• Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Begleitung von Produktinnovationen

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer technischen Führungsfunktion oder mit entsprechender Projektverantwortung
• Erfahrung in Konstruktion, Entwicklung, Produktion oder technischem Projektmanagement
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
• Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
