Technical Specialist Dispatch Gas and Water Networks (m/f/d)

• You will manage orders with a focus on gas in the network operations of our gas and water networks.
• You will prepare maintenance work and ensure smooth planning of the tasks to be carried out.
• You will create orders, process feedback on completed work, and ensure complete order processing.
• You will coordinate with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers.
• You will analyze orders according to the specifications of your superiors.
• You will coordinate and manage deployments for planned activities in the gas and water network.
• You will support safe network operation as well as the inspection, maintenance, and fault clearance processes of the Gas-Water Networks department.
• You will accompany relevant projects and contribute your practical experience during the introduction of new programs and systems.

• You have a completed vocational or commercial apprenticeship.
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a master craftsman or technician in pipe system technology or in the SHK (sanitary, heating, and air conditioning) sector, or you have comparable qualifications and professional experience.
• A technical or practical connection to gas and water networks or technical maintenance is desirable.
• You have very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.
• You also have knowledge of SAP.
• Ideally, you have already worked with maintenance software, such as Lovion.
• You work in a structured and self-reliant manner and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel orders.
