IT Consulting

We are looking for employees for our IT Consulting department at our location in Munich on a full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks

• Servicing large clients and customers (mainly in the DACH region)
• Supporting the introduction of Projektron BCS through requirement workshops, creation of task lists, installations, updates, and support
• Consulting contact persons on complex adaptations and interfaces with competent guidance
• Understanding customer wishes
• Supporting requirement gathering and definition
• Configuring requirements in XML files
• Closely cooperating with sales, providing technical expertise on Projektron BCS in presentations and workshops
• In case of need, conducting administration and application training sessions

The at least three-month induction period will take place at our headquarters in Berlin.

Qualification

• A very good to good university degree in the field of computer science
• Technical knowledge in the following areas:
• SQL
• Windows/Linux
• XML
• Rapid understanding and a calm demeanor when dealing with customers
• Very good German language skills (C1 or higher)

A plus:

• Good English language skills
