IT Consulting

We are looking for employees for our IT Consulting department at our locations in Berlin, Munich, Würzburg, and Stuttgart. We particularly encourage women to apply.

Aufgaben

• Servicing large clients and customers (mainly in the DACH region)
• Supporting the implementation of Projektron BCS through requirement workshops, creation of task lists, installations, updates, and support
• Advising contact persons on complex adaptations and interfaces with competent guidance
• Understanding customer wishes
• Supporting requirement gathering and definition
• Configuring requirements in XML files
• Closely collaborating with sales, providing technical knowledge about Projektron BCS in presentations and workshops
• In some cases, conducting administration and application training sessions

The onboarding process will take place at our headquarters in Berlin.

Qualification

• Very good to good university degree in the field of computer science
• Technical knowledge in the following areas:
• SQL
• Windows/Linux
• XML
• Rapid understanding and a calm demeanor when dealing with customers
• Very good German language skills (C1 or higher)
