Tasks

As a Technical Assistant, you will support the technical department of nexustherm GmbH in structuring, transparently organizing, and efficiently managing workflows. You will serve as a central organizational and communicative interface between technical leadership, teams, management, and external partners, thereby making a significant contribution to a smoothly functioning technical department.

Your key tasks

• Organization, coordination, and documentation of appointments, projects, and technical measures
• Relieving the technical leadership by preparing information, status reports, and decision-making bases
• Ensuring a reliable flow of information between all parties involved
• Maintenance, structuring, and filing of technical documentation
• Administrative support for ongoing projects, including tracking tasks and deviations
• Support during inspections, commissioning, and quality- and norm-related requirements

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field (e.g. technical assistant, industrial clerk, technician, etc.)
• First experience in the technical or project-oriented environment is advantageous
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable working style
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office; additional systems are beneficial
