Job Description Your role • Advising customers on components and technical solutions • Answering technical questions via phone and email • Searching for components and preparing quotes • Carefully processing and following up on orders • Actively maintaining customer contact after delivery • Supporting technicians and colleagues as needed • Collaborating on fairs, open days, and events Profile • Technical knowledge through education, experience or strong interest • Commercial skills through training, experience or strong interest • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to learn and develop Skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of CRM systems • Experience with ERP systems is an asset • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
