Job Description

As a Technical Trainer, HVAC Specialist, or Technical Support Engineer, you are the point of contact for technical expertise regarding heat pumps and climate solutions. You work from a modern training center and support both customers and colleagues.

*Your tasks

You provide daily technical support via telephone, email, and on-site.
You analyze technical questions and contribute to appropriate solutions.
You perform technical calculations and support customers with complex cases.
You identify training needs in collaboration with various internal teams.
You develop and optimize technical training for professional installers.
You conduct training sessions, both in-person and digital.
You evaluate existing training programs and ensure that the training offering remains up-to-date at all times.
You share your technical expertise in a clear and inspiring manner. ProfileYou have a degree in Electricity, Electrical Installations, Electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
You have knowledge of or experience with heat pump systems and hydraulic installations.
You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
You work proficiently with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
You are skilled at clearly explaining technical subjects.
You feel comfortable in front of a group and have a natural didactic approach.
You work in a structured, results-oriented, and precise manner.
