Technical Trainer

You will be working for one of our clients in the premium segment in the automotive sector. Thanks to your technical expertise and enthusiasm, you are perfectly suited to give autonomous training sessions to employees from our client's dealership network, with a focus on developing their technical knowledge and skills. By yourself taking training courses and training, you process new content into existing training or develop new training initiatives. You are a role model for the core values of our client for your participants. Furthermore, you have an eye for the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of the students and take account of different learning styles. Besides giving training sessions, you ensure that the right training materials are ordered and plan and manage the training program and schedule together with the administrative team. You have a technical education in automotive and preferably several years of experience in a comparable function (in the automotive sector). You are up to date on the latest developments in automotive technology and are an expert in electromechanical automotive applications. You have affinity with Learning & Development. Prior experience within a technical automotive function is a trump card. This experience helps you to excel in this role. You express yourself fluently in Dutch and master English sufficiently to actively participate in train-the-trainer sessions and international collaborations.
