Job description
Are you technically strong, an expert in TOPdesk, and do you enjoy executing complex integrations and migrations? At Cegeka DEX (Digital Employee eXperience), you will have the opportunity to lead challenging technical projects and collaborate with a driven team of specialists. As a Technical TOPdesk Consultant, you will be the linchpin in the technical setup, connections, and updates of TOPdesk environments. You will combine technical knowledge with advisory skills and ensure robust, future-proof solutions.

What do we have to offer you?
- You will design and implement integrations between TOPdesk and other applications
- You will perform updates and migrations of TOPdesk (on-premises Virtual Appliance)
- You will write documentation, such as High Level Designs
- You will guide clients in the setup and optimization of TOPdesk
- You will independently manage technical projects and communicate with stakeholders
- You will work for a wide range of clients from our team in Zoetermeer and on-site
- You will be part of the Service Management Solutions department, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's degree work and thinking level
- Extensive experience with TOPdesk
- Strong experience with integrations and API connections
- Experience with migrations and updates of the TOPdesk (on-premises Virtual Appliance)
- Skill in writing technical documentation (HLD/LLD)
- Good communication skills and advisory skills
- Proactive attitude and the ability to lead projects independently
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
What do we have to offer you?
- A salary between EUR 4,000 and EUR 5,500 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and work experience. This is not an absolute range, but a good indication
- Permanent employment contract upon commencement
