Technical Service Coordinator

For a technical specialist in sustainable energy supply, we are looking for an experienced Technical Service Coordinator. In this role, you are responsible for the operational and technical management of a growing portfolio of aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES) installations and heating systems. You are part of a team of specialists who work daily to ensure the optimal functioning of sustainable energy systems within large-scale residential and utility projects. The technical complexity, the responsibility towards clients, and the direct influence on performance and availability make this position challenging and versatile. What will you do?

• Technical point of contact for service technicians and responsible for support with complex technical issues;
• Remotely monitor ATES installations via Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensure correct and timely follow-up;
• Monitor SLA agreements, contractual obligations, and legal frameworks;
• Provide technical reports and maintenance documentation in accordance with BRL guidelines and management plans;
• Prepare quotes for replacement work and service activities;
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors for both preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Proactively advise clients on optimizations and the optimal functioning of ATES installations;
• Manage the planning of maintenance and breakdown work, ensuring the right people, materials, and resources are deployed on time.

• Salary between € 3,800 and € 5,500 gross per month, depending on experience;
• 38 days off (25 vacation days + 13 ADV days);

• Completed MBO 4 or HBO (vocational or university of applied sciences) education in Installation Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent;
• Demonstrable experience with ATES installations, heat pumps, or other sustainable energy systems;
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Service Coordinator, Werkvoorbereider (Planner/Preparer), Technical Manager, or similar;
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, service contracts, and SLA agreements;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
