In this innovative company, which focuses on the manufacturing of flexible plastic packaging and films, over 250 motivated employees are active. These professionals are spread across two nearby production locations. At one of these locations, where approximately 180 employees work, both the printing and finishing take place. Due to the company's growth and focus on sustainability, this production location is currently being expanded by almost 9000 m². This year, in addition to the existing printing and finishing, extruders have also been added to this impressive and spacious production facility.

As an Operator, you play a crucial role in the unique production process, where you manufacture various high-quality packaging products from plastic pellets.

The role
This is what you will do

The responsibilities and tasks of the Operator include:

• Preparing planned production orders based on a work order
• Setting up film blowing machines (extruders)
• Monitoring the extrusion process and checking quality and output
• Registering production and data in our ERP system
• Working with your colleagues to handle the inbound and outbound flow of raw materials and finished products

• Machines: film blowing machines and extruders
• Control & technology: operated via HMI touchscreens

No day is the same. You will recognize common faults early and resolve them quickly, such as:

• Film breakage
• Unstable air bubble
• Die blockage
• Temperature deviations
• Screw wear

The offer

If you start working as an Operator at this company, you can expect the following:

• A good starting salary between € 2,700.00 – € 3,100.00 gross per month excluding shift allowance
• A shift allowance of 30%, which amounts to a monthly salary between € 3,500.00 and € 4,000.00
• 24 vacation days + 11.5 ATV (alternative time off) days
• Prospect of a permanent contract

• You have a minimum MBO2 work and intellectual level through education or experience
• Proven experience as an Operator is a plus
• You are flexibly deployable for 2 locations
• You can work in a team
