Technical Operational Manager

Job Function As Operational Manager, you are responsible for coordinating all work activities on the workshop. This means that you oversee the entire process, know who is where and what is happening, and with whom you are working together. People management is crucial here. You will be working with many young people who have just finished school, where it is important to be patient and communicate effectively. Although technical knowledge is necessary, you don't need to be able to do everything perfectly yourself. Just as important is the ability to delegate tasks and trust others to do their job. You will be working closely with the production team, where you will need to be able to analyze and solve problems, and make decisions quickly. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the workshop is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all work is being done in accordance with the relevant regulations and guidelines. This requires a good understanding of the production process and the ability to identify and address potential problems before they become major issues. In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a diverse group of people, including production staff, suppliers, and customers. You will need to be able to build and maintain relationships with these people, and to negotiate and resolve conflicts when necessary. Finally, you will need to be able to work independently and make decisions without being told what to do. This requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
