Technical Manager | VvE | Rotterdam

MVGM is the largest VvE manager in the Netherlands. We relieve more than 3,500 Association of Owners of real estate management with excellent service. The Function:
As Technical Manager, you ensure the quality and maintenance status of the immovable property. You will be concerned with the following matters:

• Preparing and monitoring multi-year maintenance budgets and the resulting planned maintenance activities;
• Preparing with Account Managers for planned maintenance;
• Requesting and evaluating maintenance work, maintenance contracts, and tenders;
• Signaling new developments and translating them into the internal organization;
• Explaining the planned maintenance activities during VvE meetings.

We are looking for:
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility. You have a healthy critical view of things and can therefore well distinguish which activities deserve priority. Furthermore, we would like to see the following in you back:

• HBO work and thinking level with a degree in the direction of, for example, Building Technical Business Administration, Building or Electrical Engineering;
• A few years of relevant work experience in VvE and/or real estate management or the construction industry;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Independent and result-oriented, structured, eager to learn, and critical;
• In possession of a B driving license.
