By keeping an eye on good relationships with tenants and owners, we contribute to a sustainable built environment. As Technical Manager, you are a very important link in the realization of this mission.

Your role as Technical Manager
In your role as Technical Manager, you ensure the technical quality of the built environment, related processes, setup, and execution of the MJOB. You are the link between colleagues, clients, tenants, and suppliers. Furthermore, you are responsible for the following:

• Building relationships with clients, tenants, and suppliers;
• Preparing, controlling, and/or adjusting the multi-year budget for all complexes in your portfolio annually;
• Caring for good execution of maintenance and improvement work;
• Advising clients on technical management of the immovable property;
• Periodic inspection of the state of the immovable property;
• Evaluating and approving technical invoices after completion of technical maintenance.

We ask:
You are a committed team player who rolls up their sleeves and gets into the field. Moreover, we would like to see the following in you:

• A HBO work and thinking level and a building or other technical-related education;
• An affinity with real estate; experience in technical real estate management or maintenance is a plus;
• Curious, assertive, and independent.
