Junior Account Manager Drivetrain Technology with Lease Car

In this role as Junior Account Manager Drivetrain Technology, you will build strong customer relationships within the industrial sector. You visit customers, advise on technical applications, and work on sustainable, innovative solutions. You have a lot of freedom to divide your own work and get plenty of space to grow in both technology and sales.

Your tasks:

• Manage and expand customer relationships within various industrial branches

• Visit customers to understand processes and advise on improvements

• Making technical analyses and converting them into concrete commercial proposals

• Preparing and presenting offers

• Negotiating prices and conditions

• Representing the company at trade shows, events, and networking meetings

• Working together with engineering, service, and other departments

• A technical education (HBO or MBO+), preferably in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or comparable — even from another technical field, you are welcome

• Some experience or strong interest in a commercial (out-of-office) role

• Passion for technology and drivetrain systems

• Customer-oriented mindset and good relationship skills

• Learner, self-starter, and proactive attitude

• Readiness to travel regularly in the Netherlands

• Technically strong and commercially curious

• Social, reliable, and result-oriented

• Motivated to learn and develop further within a professional team

• Salary between €45,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on knowledge and experience
