Technical Expert Robots

As a Technical Expert Robots, you will contribute to robotic production cells and ensure a smooth, stable, and high-quality production process. You will combine technical knowledge with a practical approach and act as a point of contact for operators and colleagues facing technical challenges.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a modern production environment where quality, repeatability, and efficiency are paramount. You will contribute to optimizations, support setups and product changeovers, and help embed technical knowledge broadly on the shop floor.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Support operators with technical malfunctions, questions, and complex situations in robotic production cells.
• Participate in process optimizations focusing on quality, repeatability, output, and scrap reduction.
• Utilize technical knowledge to make setups and product changeovers smoother and more efficient.
• Transfer your expertise to colleagues and contribute to stronger technical knowledge sharing on the shop floor.
• Gain and apply insight into existing production processes, such as welding processes, profiling processes, bending processes, and sawing processes.
• Contribute to thinking about technical improvements and solutions within a production environment with a lot of variation and technical challenges.
• Work with technical drawings, symbols, and tolerances to correctly support quality control.
• Use digital tools and software to efficiently perform technical tasks and analyses.

For this position, we are looking for a technically grounded candidate with a strong interest in automation and robotics, who is eager to learn and take responsibility. You don't need years of experience: with 0 to 3 years of experience, you will have the space to grow in the job and develop your expertise step by step.

We expect you to have:

• A bachelor's degree in a technical field, or the willingness to obtain it through evening classes.
• Good knowledge of or strong interest in robotic production cells and industrial production environments.
• Insight into existing production techniques, such as:
  • welding processes
  • profiling processes
  • bending processes
  • sawing processes
• Ability to work smoothly with a PC and basic knowledge of programming or technical software packages, such as AutoCAD.
• A good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Technical insight into drawings, quality tolerances, and technical symbols.
• An analytical and accurate mindset, with an eye for quality and improvement.
• Smooth communication and the ability to support colleagues in a clear and practical manner.

A diploma is important in this environment, but equally important are your eagerness to learn, technical drive, and willingness to actively share your knowledge with others.

What you can expect:

• A gross salary commensurate with your diploma and experience, with an indicative starting salary for bachelor's profiles from approximately €3,000 gross and for master's profiles from approximately €3,300 gross.
