You will join an international machine builder that is THE specialist in industrial washing and drying installations. Everything happens under one roof: from the initial design to the construction, testing, placement, and installation at the customer's site, and final service. The role
This is what you will do

For the service department, we are looking for an independent Technical Coordinator Spare Parts. Someone who can switch gears quickly, take charge, and oversee the work. As a spare parts coordinator, you will ensure that all necessary spare parts are available on time, so that service mechanics and customers never have to stop working. You are the logistical and administrative heart of the spare parts process: from inventory management and purchasing to order processing and communication with suppliers and internal teams.

You will work closely with colleagues from service, workshop, warehouse, and planning. Thanks to your overview and proactive approach, everything runs smoothly.

What will you do?

• Manage the spare parts inventory and monitor optimal stock levels
• Place, follow up on, and check purchase orders
• Analyze inventory turnover and report deviations
• Receive, process, and dispatch internal and external spare parts orders
• Maintain contact with suppliers regarding delivery times, prices, and quality
• Keep article data up-to-date in the ERP system
• Contribute ideas for improvements in logistical processes and supply chain

• Several years of experience in a technical service role.
• Excellent command of the Dutch & English language

• The ability to read technical drawings is not a requirement but a definite plus if you can
