Technical Sales Employee

As a Technical Sales Employee, you will support customers and colleagues with a careful and customer-oriented approach. In this role, you will combine commercial insight with administrative accuracy.

• Preparation, follow-up, and processing of quotations and orders, including the associated technical specifications;
• Maintaining and expanding the customer base and customer relationships;
• Providing technical advice to customers, including on specifications and delivery times;
• Coordinating with production and work preparation to ensure correct planning and delivery times;
• Monitoring overview and planning in a dynamic work environment.

You work accurately, communicate clearly, and actively address customer inquiries. With your structured approach, you maintain an overview and ensure that tasks are handled carefully.

• You have a minimum of an MBO level 4 diploma in a technical or commercial direction
• You have at least 2 years of work experience within a technical environment;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• You are communicatively skilled, commercially oriented, and can switch gears quickly.
