What will you do?

As a Technical Commercial Employee In-House, you will play a key role in our sales process for HVAC solutions. You will work closely with customers and colleagues to realize technical solutions and projects smoothly hand over to our execution team.

Your tasks include:

• Translate customer questions into technical solutions:

  Analyze and interpret technical customer questions and translate them into custom design plans.

• Prepare offers and calculations:

  Based on customer questions, prepare accurate calculations and offers that are both commercially and technically well-founded.

• Purchase and collaboration:

  Before project start, ensure the initial purchase of materials and work intensively with our field service employees and the factory in Germany.

• Handover to preparation:

  You are responsible for a smooth transition to the executing teams.

• Customer management and process optimization:

  You maintain customer relationships and think proactively about improvements in processes and customer satisfaction.

What do you bring?

• HBO work and thinking level, preferably in installation technology or HVAC.
• Relevant experience in a technical and commercial function.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Good command of Dutch and English, knowledge of German is a plus.
• Proactive, meticulous, and result-oriented work mentality.

• Salary: €4,000 - €5,000, depending on experience.
• Flexibility: Possibility of part-time and home working, with responsibilities.
