Technical Commercial Manager

ITE is an internationally oriented wholesale company in Sint-Niklaas for tools for the HVACR (heating – ventilation – air conditioning – refrigeration) sectors. The goods are purchased worldwide from manufacturers and sold B2B and B2G to specialized trade companies and various international institutions, primarily but not exclusively in Europe. Through years of experience in worldwide sourcing, the ITE range consists of thousands of articles. Those find their way to customers through a well-organized logistics system, ensuring timely delivery and optimal storage conditions. The company's global presence is ensured by its own offices and agents in key regions. As a result, we have built up an extensive network of suppliers and partners worldwide. This allows us to offer our customers a wide range of products with the necessary quality and reliability. We are looking for a Technical Commercial Manager who can further develop this network and expand our product portfolio. The ideal candidate has a technical background in HVACR or a related field, combined with commercial experience in international trade. He/she is able to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's global sourcing strategy, identifying new suppliers and negotiating contracts. In addition, he/she will be responsible for managing existing supplier relationships and ensuring that all logistical aspects are properly coordinated. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in another language (e.g., German, French). He/she is able to work independently and as part of a team.
