Job Description

What does the job entail?

As a Technical Receptionist, you are the face of our counter and the first point of contact for customers with maintenance or repair inquiries.
You ensure a warm welcome, make appointments, and provide advice that customers can truly rely on.
• You maintain smooth communication between the customer and the workshop.
• You handle administrative follow-up (work orders, invoicing, etc.).
• You work from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the willingness to stay until 6 PM occasionally.
• No weekend work, so your Saturdays off are guaranteed.

Profile
You are someone who:
• Has knowledge of cars, car mechanics, or technical insight in the automotive sector—through education or experience (this is a must!)
• Has at least 2 to 3 years of similar experience, for example in a workshop; this is not purely a reception role.
• Are you coming from a workshop and want to grow in a different direction? This job is definitely for you!
• If you have a bachelor's degree in automotive technology? Then you are eligible even without work experience.
• Always remains customer-oriented and friendly, even during busy moments.
• Communicates fluently in Dutch; French is a plus.
• Can organize well and maintain an overview.
