What awaits you

• You will support our installation partners with technical questions regarding photovoltaics, battery storage, and energy management systems.
• You will process technical inquiries via phone and ticket system – from the initial request to a sustainable solution.
• You will analyze error patterns, assist in identifying causes, and develop suitable solutions together with customers, manufacturers, and the team.
• You will create technical quotes and support the design and planning of PV and storage projects.
• You will work closely with manufacturers and internal departments to efficiently resolve technical issues.
• You will document solutions and contribute to the further development of our knowledge base, troubleshooting guides, and technical standards.
• Depending on your experience, you will test and evaluate new products and system solutions and actively contribute your knowledge to the team.

What you bring with you

• You have a technical or commercial apprenticeship, further training as a technician or master craftsman, a degree, or a comparable qualification.
• You are interested in photovoltaics, battery storage, energy management, and renewable energies.
• Ideally, you already have experience in technical customer service, electrical engineering, or the installation of PV and storage systems – motivated career starters are also very welcome.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with complex technical questions.
• You communicate confidently with customers, manufacturers, and colleagues and enjoy working in a team.
• You have very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2).
