Quality Assurance Technician (m/w/d)

Job description

We are expanding our team and filling this position in the Düsseldorf area. Your job will involve conducting qualitative assessments of drawings and specifications. Furthermore, you will create and edit 2D/3D drawings in Solid Works. You will coordinate the technical activities necessary for component and product releases. You will also create qualification-, verification test plans and reports. In this context, you will ensure material quality and compliance with quality standards in collaboration with suppliers. You will create and edit first-article inspection reports and conduct performance and testing measurements on miniature pumps. Your potential for further education and training as a technician with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Medical Technology, Quality Assurance or comparable fields. You bring several years of professional experience in the field of 2D/3D design and operational quality management and quality assurance of a manufacturing company in the device or system industry. You have fundamental knowledge of a CAD system (ideally SolidWorks) and handling manual and computer-aided measurement technology (e.g. Keyence 3D Profilometer, Labview). Desirable are also experiences with a data analysis tool (e.g. Minitab or qs-Stat). In addition to very good German language skills (C1), you bring good English language skills (B2) with you. Your strengths include your high affinity for numbers, data and facts.
