Technician Project Implementation & Field Services (m/w/d)

To support our customer projects in the field of patient guidance and call systems of NEXUS / SCHAUF GmbH, we are looking for a technician for project implementation & field services (m/w/d). The focus of this position is on project work on site, particularly on parameterization, commissioning, and technical accompaniment – not on mechanical assembly of hardware.

Tasks

• Techincal implementation of customer projects on-site (e.g. hospitals, medical facilities)
• Parameterization and configuration of patient guidance and call systems
• Carrying out commissioning, system tests, and acceptance tests
• Technical support during project roll-outs and expansions
• Verification and integration of customer-installed hardware
  (e.g. printers, terminals, displays)
• Support for technical questions that cannot be resolved remotely
• Preparation of project and acceptance reports
• Closely working with project leadership and IT support

Qualification

• Completed technical training
  (e.g. IT system electronics, electronics, computer science or similar)
• Very good technical understanding for IT and hardware systems
• Experience with printers and peripheral devices on configuration and operating levels
• Fundamental knowledge of networks and system integration
• High travel readiness for project assignments
• Self-contained and structured working style
• Customer-oriented and professional appearance
