Your tasks

As a service technician (m/f/d) for security technology, you will install, program, maintain, and repair modern security systems. You will manage diverse projects and ensure the reliable operation of our systems.

Your tasks include:

• Installation, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm systems (BMA), burglar alarm systems (EMA), access control systems (ZuKo), video surveillance systems, as well as voice alarm systems (SAA) and electroacoustic systems (ELA)

• Maintenance, upkeep, service, and fault rectification of existing systems

• Carrying out measurement and testing tasks according to DIN VDE, EN 54, and DIN 14675

• Creation of technical documentation and test reports

• Consulting, training, and support of our customers on-site, by phone, or remotely

• Close collaboration with customers, project management, and suppliers

• Participation in on-call duty

What you bring

• Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or a comparable field, e.g., as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d), Information Electronics Technician (m/f/d), or IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

• Professional experience in security technology, e.g., as a Service Technician, Security Technician, Fire Alarm Technician, BMA Technician, or Maintenance Technician (for all job titles, m/f/d applies)

• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or service of technical systems

• Good knowledge in the field of fire alarm systems (BMA)

• Ideally, experience with burglar alarm systems (EMA), access control systems (ZuKo), video surveillance systems, voice alarm systems (SAA), or electroacoustic systems (ELA)

You don't have to master all areas yet. Perhaps your focus is on fire alarm systems or another area of security technology. If you want to develop further, we will support you with thorough training and individual further education.
