Technician (m/w/d) with Focus on Heating-Sanitary in Full-time

Tasks
- Technical care and development of the housing stock, particularly
Requesting tenders, procurement procedures for construction services and construction supervision - Planning, organization, monitoring and acceptance of apartment modernizations and maintenance measures
- Project management of major renovation and modernization measures in the rented portfolio, including acceptance and warranty oversight
- Participation in budget planning and tenders
- Checking and editing of defect reports and insurance claims
- Technical customer advisory services and processing of apartment changes
Qualification
- A successfully completed training as a technician/in in the field of heating – sanitary, preferably
- Professional experience in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of building physics, technical and chemical aspects
- Application-safe IT skills (Microsoft Office) and ERP system – ideally GAP immotion
- Teamwork ability, willingness to take on tasks, reliability, and flexibility
- Friendly and safe handling with customers and craftsmen
- Good German language skills in writing and speaking
- Identification with the WoGe Kleefeld-Buchholz and its goals
- Class B driver's license
