Technician (m/f/d) in the Field of 3D Printing

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technician (m/f/d) in the field of 3D printing who actively shapes the quality of our production processes and customer experiences with technical understanding, organizational talent, and a passion for innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring customer order production in the field of additive manufacturing
• Providing technical support to our customers with questions regarding their orders and materials
• Further developing and managing our Print Factory to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our print partners
• Creating performance analyses for the evaluation and optimization of print partners
• Processing complaints, including organizing replacements and quality assurance
• Supporting logistics to ensure a smooth flow of goods and on-time deliveries

Qualifications

• Completed technical training (e.g., as a technician, mechanic, plastics technologist, designer, or similar) or a technical degree
• Experience in 3D printing, manufacturing, or an industrial environment is an advantage
• Proficient in handling technical drawings and 3D models
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
• Experience with various plastic materials is an advantage
