Technician (m/w/d)

We are looking to strengthen our technical team by hiring a new employee at our growing company, drecasa GmbH.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector and more than 12,500 managed residential and commercial units, drecasa GmbH is part of the SK Group, one of the leading property managers in Dresden.
Join our growing, mid-sized company with around 200 employees.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for planning, obtaining offers, and implementing measures to modernize and maintain buildings and facilities from start to finish.
• You will continuously monitor reported defects and warranty claims.
• You will ensure that maintenance intervals for building technical systems are observed and implemented.
• You will expertly manage external service providers and control the progress of assigned tasks.
• You will communicate with tenants, owners, craftsmen, and colleagues via phone and email, always having an open ear for their concerns.

Qualification

• You have a solid technical education or degree, knowledge in the field of building technology or plant engineering is advantageous.
• You have already gained some professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in facility management.
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
• You are a strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
• You possess accuracy, flexibility, and reliability.
