Technician with Focus on Facility Management/TGA (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• You manage and maintain our technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, cold, compressed air) and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Your efforts ensure a smooth and safe operation of our building technical systems.
• You perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs independently.
• In coordinating and supervising service providers and external companies, you take on a central interface function and build valuable contacts.

Qualifikation

• You have completed a technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further education as a technician (e.g. supply engineering, electrical engineering, building technology).
• You bring extensive experience in technical facility management, especially in the TGA area.
• You are well-versed in relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines and have experience in managing building technical systems – ideally in the food production industry.
• You may also have collected experiences with CAFM systems.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and convince through team skills and open and clear communication.
