We invent things: HAMBURG WASSER's engineering office plans and realizes all pipelines and sewers, as well as all technical and non-technical facilities at HAMBURG WASSER, which are required for drinking water supply, wastewater disposal, and administration in the Hamburg metropolitan region. In the Eastern Sewers organizational unit, we handle all phases of planning and tendering according to HOAI for various types of sewer construction and supervise the implementation on the construction site.
What you will achieve with us:
- On-site construction supervision of new construction and renovation projects in sewer construction – depending on the project, in cooperation with the supervising project engineer or in your own projects including traffic planning
- Support for the project engineer in coordination with authorities, pipeline owners, and other project participants
- Creation of measurements and calculations using AVA software
- Customer and resident support, as well as ensuring occupational safety and compliance with technical regulations
- Documentation of construction progress, including reports, forecasts, contract management, and execution of construction acceptance
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical training with additional qualification as a technician in civil engineering or comparable knowledge and skills
- Professional experience in on-site construction supervision, including complex and demanding construction measures in sewer construction
- In-depth knowledge in the new construction of wastewater sewers and knowledge in the area of traffic management
- Knowledge in special civil engineering and pipe jacking would be advantageous
- Proficient in relevant regulations as well as VOB/B and VOB/C, and initial experience with AVA software (e.g., iTWO) and routine use of common office applications
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working, combined with communication and teamwork skills
