Tasks:

• Performance of Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Türdichtungen to ensure functionality and tightness in the aircraft structure
• Assembly, maintenance, and replacement of aerodynamic seal systems on cockpit windows and fuselage areas under consideration of aerospace-specific requirements
• Removal of superficial structural and coating damage such as scratches to maintain technical and optical integrity
• Visual inspection of seal surfaces and adjacent structure elements for damage, material wear, or leaks
• Application of technical documentation for sachgemäße Demontage und Montage von Abdichtungskomponenten in the cabin and outer skin area

Requirements:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training as a process mechanic, industrial painter, or equivalent
• Experience in handling chemicals, especially paints, sealants, and Alodine
• Knowledge of applying sealant strips on the outer skin area of aircraft
• Versatile German and English skills (at least C1)
• Readiness for early and late shifts as well as weekend work
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) is strictly required
