Technician/ess in Internal Service Area Brown Goods (m/w/d)

We, Neumann+Krause GmbH, are a master workshop for TVs, audio, video, household appliances, and microwaves of all manufacturers in Berlin.

In our customer service department, we repair and maintain devices from the entertainment electronics industry of all ages:

• LCD and LED TVs, plasma TVs, projectors (beamer)

• Samsung handsets, tablets, and smartwatches

• Blu-ray/DVD players, soundbars, amplifiers, and home theater systems

• Washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, electric stoves, and ovens

• Microwaves

To support our service team, we are looking for you to join us at the earliest possible date.

Tasks

• as a service technician, for personal customer contact with private and business customers

• You will conduct fault diagnosis and repair on brown goods (TVs, entertainment electronics) and white goods (household appliances)

• Prior and post-processing of daily tasks

Qualification

• Solid electrical and electronic knowledge, troubleshooting, analysis, etc.

• Mechanical knowledge or a strong interest in it is an advantage

• Affable and friendly demeanor

• Self-responsible behavior

• Flexibility and team spirit

• German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as English language skills are an advantage - driving license class B (company vehicle will be provided) for external service
