Building Technology Technician (m/f/d) - Residential Real Estate

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Building Technology Technician (m/f/d) for the administrative and organizational support of our technical maintenance processes in the field of residential real estate.

About Us

The Trigon Group is an established Berlin-based real estate company focused on the development, management, and rental of residential and commercial properties. The portfolio comprises approximately 4,000 residential units, 300 commercial units, and parking spaces.

Responsibilities

• Technical support and administrative assistance for our technical department
• Recording, processing, and tracking of maintenance and technical orders
• Coordination of our own craft teams and appointment scheduling with tenants
• Creation and processing of orders, offers, and technical documents
• Recording, checking, and invoicing of technical services rendered by our craft teams (service billing/invoicing)
• Checking incoming invoices from external technical service providers and maintaining order-related data
• Technical documentation of processes and communication and coordination with tenants, colleagues, and external service providers

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g., in building technology, construction, real estate, or comparable) or a degree with a technical focus
• Experience in technical administration, order processing, or building management is advantageous
• Experience in service billing, invoice checking, or invoicing is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
