Technician for Call Systems (m/w/d)

The newbetech group of companies is an ITK-service provider active in the fields of Communication Technology and Security Technology. We offer small and medium-sized enterprises as well as healthcare institutions a comprehensive technical infrastructure and stand by our customers from planning to maintenance with our services.

We are currently looking for a technician (m/w/d) for call systems.

Tasks

• You will perform quarterly inspections and maintenance of the call systems of our customers.
• As part of a project team, you will take over the installation and programming of new call systems.
• You will process your assigned tickets carefully and on time in our ticket management system.
• In your role, you will work closely with our helpdesk, project managers, and sales team.

Qualification

• You have completed a training program in the field of electrical engineering, for example as an electrician for energy and building technology.
• Professional experience is always advantageous, but not a requirement.
• You possess a valid driving license of class B and are travel-friendly.
• You bring joy in dealing with customers - on site, by phone or via video call.
• You have the drive to achieve something and don't stand still.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
