Technician as Specialist Planner for Building Services, HVAC, Plumbing, and Cooling (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will independently plan phases 1 to 7 in the areas of heating, ventilation, plumbing, and cooling technology.
• You will be part of a dedicated and motivated team that is eager to show what it can do.
• You can improve and optimize our planning with your ideas and creativity.
• You will manage and coordinate internal and external planning participants.
• You will check the quality of our planning and be responsible for meeting deadlines.
• You will review tender documents and, together with the team, create proposals for bids and suggestions for improvement.
• You will create energy concepts and calculate building services systems.

Profile

• You have a completed degree in engineering or a comparable technical training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in building services engineering, specifically HVAC, plumbing, and cooling.
• You have sound knowledge of the relevant technical standards and regulations.
• You are proficient in using CAD software (Plancal Nova, Revit, Linear).
• Good organizational skills, independent working style, and commitment characterize you.
• You enjoy coordinating complex processes, have teamwork skills, and are flexible.
