Maintenance Technician (m/f)

Location: Warsaw | Work in a four-shift system

Your scope of responsibilities

• Supervision of the machine park in terms of current repairs and troubleshooting.
• Performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of machines and equipment.
• Performing adjustments and retooling.
• Diagnosing and eliminating technical irregularities.
• Participation in the modernization of machines and equipment to increase their efficiency.
• Optimizing the method and time of performing service and inspection work.
• Participation in activities aimed at reducing breakdowns and production losses.
• Ensuring the correct technical condition of machines, equipment, and installations, and adhering to Health and Safety regulations.

Our requirements

• Experience in diagnosing causes of breakdowns and repairing machines and equipment from the mechanical and electrical side.
• Possession of SEP G1, category E, up to or above 1 kV qualifications.
• Knowledge of technical issues and the principles of 5S and TPM in a production environment.
• Minimum technical secondary education (preferred fields: electromechanics, mechatronics).
• Autonomy in action, commitment, accuracy, and a responsible approach to assigned tasks.
