- Maintenance, conservation and modification of injection forms.
- Planning of regular technical inspections of injection forms.
- Participation in receiving the form from the manufacturer.
- Diagnostics and removal of defects.
- Conducting, in cooperation with the toolmaking department, an assessment of the condition of injection forms.
- Preliminary preparation and verification of injection forms and their transfer to the production department.
- Issuing orders in the system for: form modification, purchase or manufacture of spare parts for forms.
- Verification, in cooperation with the toolmaking department, of the correctness of performed repairs.
- Coordination of activities related to the operation and maintenance of injection forms.
- Qualification testing of all forms.
