ATM Technician

We are looking for an ATM Technician to join the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for performing operational tasks in the Development Department of Bankomat Network.

Your scope of responsibilities will include:

· Repairing and documenting ATM cases (diagnosing errors, registering repaired cases in the system)

· Preparing reports on ATM cases (creating summaries and analyses, sending reports to relevant departments)

· Contacting sorting offices to explain discrepancies (verifying inconsistencies, maintaining constant communication with external partners)

· Inventorying bankomat components (regularly checking stock, reporting shortages and surpluses)

· Preparing installation packages (completing installation sets, verifying compliance with orders)

· Handling shipments (receiving and sending packages, registering shipments in the system)

· Repairing simple bankomat components (replacing small parts, testing functionality after repair)

· Disassembling bankomat modules (safe disassembly of devices, qualifying components for reuse or disposal)

· Preparing settings for Euronet Poland, banks, external clients, and subcontractors.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

· Is interested in working in the ATM and bankomat industries and wants to develop in this area

· Is an organized, creative, and initiative-taking person who pays great attention to improving their work

· Can freely navigate the MS Office package

· Knows technical ATM topics (this is not a requirement, but it would be a significant asset)

· Speaks English at least at the B2 level

· Can handle stressful situations, is not afraid of working under time pressure

· Is open and not afraid of new challenges.

· Likes working in a team.

· Is willing to participate in new company projects and coordinate operational projects.
