Facility Technician (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• Technical servicing of systems: HVAC, electrical power, hydraulic, water and sewage.
• Ongoing facility operation, maintaining the assigned infrastructure in full technical condition.
• Diagnostics and repair of technical devices and installations.
• Preparation of readings and reports on utility consumption.
• Periodic preparation of reports describing the technical condition of the infrastructure.
• Supervision of external service companies.
• Supervision of assigned facility documentation.
• Ensuring the quality and timeliness of the service performed.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of electrical, electro-technical, HVAC, water and sewage installations.
• Valid SEP license group 1
• Technical secondary education minimum.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to work with CAFM programs will be an additional advantage.
