Your responsibilities

Depending on your specialization, experience, and aptitude, you may be responsible for one or more of the following areas:

Prosthetic Work Planning Department:

• Analysis of orders received from dentists and verification of their completeness.

• Contact with dentists to agree on clinical-technical details and clarify any ambiguities.

• Selection of appropriate technological solutions and planning of subsequent stages of work execution.

• Preparation of technological descriptions and order execution instructions.

• Assignment of individual work stages to appropriate departments or individuals.

• Coordination of information flow between laboratory departments and resolution of ongoing technological problems.

CAD Design Department:

• Design of prosthetic restorations in a CAD environment.

• Preparation of designs for further production stages.

• Cooperation with production departments regarding the implementation of digital designs.

Ceramics Department:

• Firing and characterization of ceramic works

• Individualization and aesthetic finishing of prosthetic restorations.

• Control of the aesthetics and quality of executed works.

Acrylic Department:

• Fabrication of prosthetic restorations using acrylic materials.

• Execution of individual technological stages for removable restorations.

• Processing and finishing of finished restorations.

Work Processing and Finishing Department:

• Processing, fitting, and finishing of prosthetic elements.

• Verification of the correctness of execution and quality of works.

• Preparation of works for subsequent technological stages or final inspection.

Our requirements

• Specialized education in dental technology.
• Knowledge and practical skills in at least one of the listed areas.
• Knowledge of materials and technologies used in modern dental prosthetics.
• Thoroughness, independence, and responsibility.
• Ability to organize one's own work and cooperate with a team.
• Commitment and desire for professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology planning and organizing the prosthetic work execution process.
• Ability to comprehensively analyze prosthetic orders and select appropriate technological solutions.
• Experience in direct cooperation with dentists.
• Knowledge of technological processes carried out in various laboratory departments.
• Ability to plan and coordinate team work.
• Knowledge of digital CAD/CAM technologies.
