Job description

  • Technical education (mechanics, mechatronics, optics, electronics, or related).
  • Ability to read technical documentation, manufacturing drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience in precision assembly of mechanical, optical, or electronic devices.
  • Knowledge of metrology basics and operation of measurement equipment.
  • Ability to work according to quality procedures.
  • Accuracy, patience, and attention to detail.
  • Readiness to work in a cleanroom environment.

,[Assembly and integration of optomechanical systems (including lenses, mirrors, telescopes, and optical instruments) in accordance with technical documentation, AIT procedures, and work instructions., Performing integration tasks in a laboratory and cleanroom environment., Performing adjustments and basic alignment of optical elements according to specified procedures., Execution of supporting activities for functional, integration, and environmental tests of components and optical instruments., Preparation of test stations and configuration of measurement equipment according to instructions., Operation of precision tools and mechanical, optical, and electronic measurement equipment., Performing control measurements and reporting results., Quality control of assembly and integration operations performed., Documentation of the assembly, integration, testing, and measurement results., Identification, reporting, and documentation of non-conformities detected during work., Participation in implementing corrective actions and improving AIT processes., Monitoring the inventory of consumables, expendable parts, and tools used during task execution., Ensuring compliance of performed work with quality requirements and cleanroom working principles., Performing work in accordance with Contamination Control requirements, including maintaining the required cleanliness of workstations, tools, equipment, and integrated components and instruments., Participation in activities related to the maintenance and monitoring of the cleanroom environment and adherence to applicable cleanliness and safety procedures.] Requirements: Precision assembly, Technical drawing, Technical documentation, Measurement equipment, Metrology, Cleanroom, Quality control, Accuracy, Patience, Attention to detail, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Optics, Electronics Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, language training, Training budget, insurance, holiday co-financing, No dress code, team building events, coffee, tea.
