Field Service Technician Koffiemachines (regio Gent – Oudenaarde)

As Field Service Technieker at JDE, you are part of our technical team that is passionate about our product (coffee), technology, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. As a technical specialist, you are the face of our company to the customer and ensure high-quality technical service delivery: you perform preventive maintenance on coffee machines and respond directly when a malfunction is reported by the customer. You will primarily work in the regio Gent – Oudenaarde, but are also flexible to occasionally step in for colleagues from other regions or be present at our office.

Your main responsibilities:

• You resolve technical problems at customers' advanced coffee machines, according to the Field Service schedule.
• You arrive on time and always work according to prevailing safety regulations.
• You perform repairs and interventions professionally and customer-oriented, with a focus on quality.
• You work on various levels: software, electrical, and mechanical.
• You visit customers with newly installed machines to provide explanations and adjust settings.
• You perform preventive and occasional maintenance.
• You support installations or removals in exceptional cases.
• You represent our company to the customer and ensure a positive experience.
