Technical Electronics Leader - Software (m/f/d) Your responsibilities Responsibility for software development in automotive electronics projects Planning and coordination of the work of a team of programmers Supervision of architecture, implementation, integration, and validation of software Ensuring compliance of the development process with customer requirements and Automotive SPICE Identification of technical risks and taking actions to minimize their impact on the project Monitoring the achievement of project goals in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines Cooperation with the client and project stakeholders Participation in the preparation of quotes and offers for new projects Our requirements Higher education in a relevant field Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical leader or in a related role Experience in embedded software development Knowledge of software architecture for automotive systems Knowledge of Automotive SPICE Knowledge of UML and Enterprise Architect Experience in task management and team coordination Very good knowledge of English language Readiness for stationary work in Mielec or Rzeszów Nice to have Knowledge of AUTOSAR Experience in direct cooperation with the client Experience in preparing project estimations and offers Communicative knowledge of German language What we offer Employment based on an employment contract Work in an international environment Opportunities for development and gaining experience Possibility of direct contact with OEM clients in the automotive industry Participation in interesting and diverse projects Work in a creative, inventive, and friendly team Company-funded MultiSport card, group insurance, private medical care, English language learning during working hours, integration events, no dress code, parking space for employees, charitable initiatives Benefits: co-financing of sports activities, private medical care, co-financing of language learning, co-financing of training and courses, life insurance, integration meetings, no dress code, coffee/tea, employee referral program, charitable initiatives.
