Your Job

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of medium-voltage installations for customers in the Noordoostpolder region. You will monitor the continuity of their energy supply and ensure that installations continue to function safely.

You work independently and direct colleagues on-site when necessary. You look beyond just execution: you analyze, advise, and improve.

You will be involved in:

• Performing and coordinating maintenance activities

• Taking the lead during on-site work

• Analyzing faults, measurements, and inspections

• Advising on improvements to installations

• Preparing reports for the executor

• Monitoring safety, quality, and planning

On a workday, you start at a customer in the Lemmer region. During an inspection, you detect a deviation in the installation. You analyze the problem, agree on the approach, and ensure it is resolved immediately – so the customer can continue without interruption.

With your work, you directly contribute to a reliable energy supply and the energy transition. That is making an impact in practice.

• A salary of € 2,877 to € 4,455 (scale 5 or 6 – based on a 38-hour workweek). Placement depends on knowledge and experience.

• An individual choice budget of 18% (including holiday pay) on top of your gross salary. With this, you can adapt your employment conditions to your personal situation. For example, have it paid out or buy extra leave.

• If you have the Individual Choice Budget paid out monthly, you will increase your salary to between € 3,395 and € 5,257.

• End-of-year bonus of 5.94%.

• 20 vacation days plus 36 hours of extra saved leave each year.
