Job description
Position and missions: Within the store and under the responsibility of the sales outlet manager, your missions are as follows: - You are above all available to welcome all customers; - You actively participate in the development of turnover and the customer portfolio through the sale of equipment and advice at the counter in the Tholonet store; - You make sales adapted to the needs of the customers; - You contribute to the good organization of the store: - You ensure the proper presentation of products and the cleanliness of the store; - You participate in the management of stocks and orders; - You handle the reception and dispatch of goods; - You provide after-sales service. Profile: You have a good technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, heating, or building materials. You have a sense of customer service, you are proactive, and you have a good team spirit. You know how to be organized and rigorous. Experience in a similar position is a plus.
