At the heart of our store, you will play an essential role in offering our customers a unique and quality experience. You will be responsible for:

• Welcoming, advising, and assisting our customers, both individuals and professionals, in their projects;

• Assembling custom PC configurations (consumer, gaming, and professional);

• Diagnosing and repairing computers, providing appropriate solutions;

• Handling after-sales service (A.S.S.).

Profile:

You are recognized for your active listening skills, your sense of service, and your desire to satisfy customers.

You have a solid knowledge of computer fundamentals, coupled with natural curiosity for hardware and software. You are comfortable combining human skills (reception, communication) with technical know-how (diagnostics, repairs). Previous experience in sales or IT is an asset, but motivated enthusiasts are welcome!

Compensation

The proposed salary is EUR 1,875–1,876 per month.
