Junior Technical Sales Counter Staff M/F

TOMA Intérim supports companies in their recruitment and is looking for a Junior Technical Sales Counter Staff (M/F) for one of its clients. The position can be based at one of the following three sites: Six-Fours-les-Plages (83). At the counter, you will be in direct contact with clients to advise them, respond to their requests, and ensure the commercial and administrative follow-up of their files. Your main responsibilities: - Welcome clients in person and by phone, - Advise clients and sell products and services adapted to their needs, - Create simple quotes, - Carry out commercial follow-ups: quotes and outstanding payments, - Implement operational sales actions in agreement with the Branch Manager, - Follow up on client orders in relation to the design office, - Manage cash and credit payments in compliance with internal procedures, - Carry out cash closing at the end of the day, - Ensure the administrative management of orders, delivery notes, and invoices, - Participate in the follow-up of client collections in collaboration with the counter and client accounts teams, - Participate in physical inventories and IT stock management, - Participate in the animation of the self-service area: tidying and restocking shelves, - Participate in the activity of the agency's design office, - Ensure good information flow within the agency, - Manage client disputes and complaints, - Carry out various tasks related to the function and the site's needs.
