Maintenance Technicians M/F

Tulle (19) - Nouvelle Aquitaine Region

As part of the significant increase in production volumes, IMET Alloys is evolving its organization and establishing "evening and night" and weekend teams. Therefore, we are looking for Maintenance Technicians M/F capable of bringing their experience.

After an integration period that will allow you to thoroughly understand our processes, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our production equipment. You will be involved in both preventive and corrective actions.

You will diagnose breakdowns, carry out repairs in compliance with safety regulations to restore equipment to optimal operating condition. You will minimize downtime so that production operators can achieve their objectives.

As guarantor of maintenance procedure adherence, you will document your interventions in our CMMS system. You will test and validate the proper functioning of equipment after interventions. You will manage spare parts stock and alert in case of replenishment needs. You will oversee the interventions of our subcontractors for specific maintenance operations.

You may be involved with process teams on continuous improvement topics for our production equipment. You will propose solutions for optimizing machine reliability and performance.

With a technical background in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics and Productronics, or Electronics or equivalent, you primarily have at least 3/5 years of successful experience in a maintenance role within an industrial setting.

A field-oriented woman or man, you are recognized for your curiosity, your ability to understand production equipment, and are capable of intervening on mechanical, electrotechnical, hydraulic, and pneumatic subjects. Knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley control systems and electrical certification (BR/BC) would be a plus.

Finally, a strong sense of ethics, initiative, and a results-oriented approach are crucial for success in this role.
